Do you really need to keep a log every single day? Like I'm sure u have been doing this for a while, you can't just pick up where you left off? Maybe people just have trash memories idk.
I see people all the time writing stuff down, looking at their stop watch every 5 seconds to see when there "allowed" to do the next set. GTFO
If people focused more on moving weight instead of their penmanship maybe they'll see results.
This. I feel like if I did 5 sets of 10 reps a piece I just wasted a lift. If I'm hitting 10 I'm 100% going up the next set. I feel I gain strength way faster then hitting lifts day after day at the same weight.
I dont do none of that logging sh!t or anything either. I pull up, set the weight...
I also have a scar about 6 inches long from my belly button down from going septic after my appendix surgery. 17 inches of small bowl removed from being infected. This was back in march. Before that I weigh 193 then after surgery dropped to 155 all skin and bones. Luckily for muscle memory and...
OP what if u get the surgery. Get ur ears tied back like a dog and that straight line chiseld jaw or whatever the fcuk you want but then later in life u fall off the gym bandwagon. Gain weight and become 20-25%+ body fat. But your face looks like your sub 10% lol. That would be hilarious
You could also stop being a weirdo with this plastic surgery bullsht and maybe that will get you a better score? Look how many celebrities get that stuff done and look how many come out actually looking better before the surgery. Um like all of them.
Moral of the story is don't be a btich...
False advertisment. One day a girl will think her kid is gonna be good looking because she thinks u got good genes but then comes out ugly af haha.
For real though just workout, be healthy and don't be a douchebag homo and you'll be good with every reason why u think u should do this.
