I would suggest for PCT: Weeks 1-4 --> Clomid 100 | 50 | 50 | 25mg ED Weeks 1-4 --> Nolva 20 | 20 | 20 | 10mg ED Keep the Test booster. Generally i would suggest you no matter the cycle always use for PCT Clomid & Nolva in combo, dosages and duration vary because every cycle isn't the same... -

- Yes i believe it's enough, not only for a beginner but in general is a normal/standard dose. - SD is stronger in most aspects than Epi, i don't think you should consider bridging. Can you get your hands on some Test. Prop ? Ι personally do not like the Test. blends because there's no logic behind them. FYI you could do some cycles with great results having a Test base and a potent oral anabolic.- Yaz

epistane/havoc vs. anavar mg per mg (for those who used both)

IMHO doesn't worth it. It's an expensive drug and it's sides are way freater than it's gains. When you use a UGL Anavar 70mg ED is the lowest dose, in comparison to a pharma grade which will be very effective at 40-50mg ED and ridiculously expensive. I wouldn't suggest 16 weeks of tren, it is one of the worst drugs anyone can take. I strongly advice you to limit it's use at 10 weeks max. If i were you i would just lose some BF without any drugs, you're are on TRT so that wouldn't be a problem about any muscle loss. I would suggest EQ for... -
