  1. sulbutiamine

Well, I know that they most definetely have neurological benefits when combined. I take about 600-800mg sulbtiamine a day, along with Acetyl-L-Carnitine-Arginate, Beta-Phenyl-Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (a few days on/a few days off), and choline bitartrate. I have found nothing but very positive...
  2. whats to take with powerfull??

I don't know about the.... "not too pricey" thing, but Jungle Warfare is da shizznit. Check out the supplement log section to get opinions and ideas for stacks. I like JW/Powerfull/Rebound XT/Cissus.
  3. Bulk Pre-Workout Concoction...input

    Sorry, I take so much sh!t I forgot a few. :frustrate Acetyl-L-Carnitine-Arginate, coQ10, choline bitartrate, Ester C, B-complex, and 7-KETO....
  4. Bulk Pre-Workout Concoction...input

In relation to increasing nitric oxide production/ATP stimulation, try adding NAD or even better.... the reduced form NADH. Niacin would assist as well. Also, there is substantial evidence that L-norvaline is a powerfull arginase inhibitor which in turn means greater NO production/energy.
  5. Negatives of CEE?

Quite honestly, I never really measured, and I don't think there is a set amount. I simply drink until I feel as though I should stop. There is no need to go overboard with the CEE dosage, so as long as you stay within the norm (2-4 grams in my experience), you shouldn't have any problems.
  6. Negatives of CEE?

This is really great news if it all works out.... I will be very anxious to here from you again my friend.
  7. Negatives of CEE?

We all have creatine present in our bodies prior to supplementation. The only difference between endogenous creatine and creatine monohydrate, is a salt molecule. This molecule is what creates the bloating and is also the reason for a loading phase. CEE is esterified in order to remove the...
  8. Negatives of CEE?

Most definitely. :head: If I may, how in depth of a study would it be? In my opinion (not that it's worth anything), I would very much like to see a study that mainly focuses on the more important properties of CEE like enhanced absorbtion rates in comparison to that of monohydrate, or the...
  9. NO XPLODE creatine facts

About 1 gram per scoop and about 100mg of caffeine per scoop.
  10. Calcium supplements unlikely to prevent fractures

This study is inconclusive at best. It doesn't suprise me that the study did not list the important factors.... what formulation of calcium they used, wich most likely was the inexpensive calcium carbonate (the stuff we use on chalkboards), and how much was actually administered. Calcium...
  11. Caffeine <?>

When a company includes caffeine in the formulation of a NO product, in my opinion they are most likely using it to substantiate the hype that is touted along with the product. If a particular NO product really does what it is supposed to, then there would be no need to add a stimulant such as...
  12. AAKG at night?

No prob. Who knows, it might end up being true.... hope to hell not.
  13. Spam?

Actually, I don't want to break the rules, as I like it very much here at AM. Call it fishy if you want, but I've never had an issue with not being able to find something that I just posted. So if I am not sure what constitutes as spam, and you won't tell me, what conclusion should I make?
  14. Spam?

Without coming across as a smart@ss, if the removal of spam is considered to be an "obvious" reason to delete a post, then I ask.... What constitutes as spam?
  15. no liver issues?

No, and yes they would be good for increasing test, after or during PCT.
  16. Negatives of CEE?

It's true that no present studies have been conducted on CEE, but that is only due to the fact that it costs an @ssload to do the research and since CEE and monohydrate are identical once absorbed, the results would be very similar to that of the monohydrate studies, but I'm sure in due time...
  17. I am so F'ing excited!!!

Congatulations. I too am in a very similar situation. I am also awaiting my first pro MMA fight. As for the money.... for myself, I would actually pay the fight promoter to let me fight. The oppertunity to initiate a legitimate proffesional record is priceless to me.
  18. Guns!!!

I thought this site was pretty cool. Ya really don't get an understanding of how impressive the MP7 is untill the very end of the clip, but I just can't find any other footage. Invalid Link Removed
  19. Caffeine <?>

This is actually not a bit suprising to me. Caffeine crash has long been established. Also, caffeine has been shown to deplete nitric oxide levels. This is why I will not use a NO/creatine product that includes it in it's formulation. Consumption of caffeine before any extensive physical...
