  1. FDA unleashes end game scheme to outlaw virtually all dietary supplements formulated

Having a strong ego is good, but it can obscure reality. If youre wealthy, might not be much of a problem.I Enjoy your educational posts here.
  2. Pro Hormone for a newby?

Its best to exhaust your natural potential before supplementing. IMO you should train at least 3 years before any androgen use, you might not need them.
  3. Length between cycles and keeping gains

I would say 3 to 4 cycles a year is safe, shut-down seems dependant on dose and length of time on. Pulses are a better bet. JMO
  4. i think i have gyno

It gets hysterical. The best thing to do IMO is take a break from all supps and exercise, let your system norm out. Gyno takes a long time of regular androgen use to really manifest, that is if your over 21, under that, it could be serious.
  5. FDA unleashes end game scheme to outlaw virtually all dietary supplements formulated

Taking responsibility to the extreme? Anyway I doubt it would pass, if it did there would be tons of illegal supplements eveywhere for decades. Its not likely, the FDA has been talking about this for sometime. I was alarmed when it was mentioned some years ago, but it appears to be hype. There...
  6. How does everybody feel about "suicide grip" on bench press.

Never heard it refered to as that, but its the grip I was shown to use by a pro. It works, but I dont think it makes more than a marginal difference, it seems more comfortable than including thumbs.
  7. FDA unleashes end game scheme to outlaw virtually all dietary supplements formulated

Think about it, I regularly see elderly people purchase supplements, probably because their Doctor said to. Im elderly and use supplements. I think they are as likely to ban supplements as they are to ban beer.
  8. Article: FDA Unleashed End Game on Supplements

Uh, I appreciate your concern, but supplements are so widely used and the industry is so huge that its highly unlikely. There would be a black market boom if they did. Its well known that supplementation is helpful for health. These supplement companies pay taxes too. Reference for outlawed EU...
  9. ALCAR

Absolutely agree here, I am getting so shredded and venous, the definition is as if Im on, bodyfat is low, Im 57 with a 34 inch waist.
  10. ALCAR

Everyone is different and there are a wide variety of products that arent equal in quality. Im not surprised it doesnt promote loss in some people, for me it does.
  11. Is this true, or just a bunch of BS?

I dont know about that, the main idea is to supplement gains with more calories. Taking AAS does not give you the edge for a lifetime of weightlifting, they can augment gains, but taking steroids once isnt going to make you anymore of a muscle gainer. Its consistent time in WO's and diet.
  12. Anyone have better luck doing curls before deadlifts and doing deads last?

I thinks its pretty much standard that squats and deads come first, if you do them, as they aid in test secretion.
  13. ALCAR

There is no doubt it leans, actually stop taking it, when I get too lean.
  14. ALCAR

Agreed common sense, found best results using it first thing in the morning, good stimulation that wears off at bedtime, combined with RLA its primo.
  15. Is HRT worth it?

Yeah gotta have ALCAR, but thats a high dose, you can cut back by adding RLA, agreed about oral Dhea, in general but LEF has a sublingual tablet that works well its the best quality available, they are the company that brought it to market decades ago...
  16. AH/AM cycle. any thoughts

I would save the AM/AH for weeks 6-8, I would skip the Nolva altogether and use pre-emulsified, Micronized, Resveratrol, 500 mgs daily. I would cut the dose of androgens by half, for the last part of the cycle I would use full dose AM/AH. This would be a great run, with minimum shut-down. JMO
  17. Is HRT worth it?

Dhea was the first "designer" available. Low dose cycles are helpful, after awhile there is suppresion and estrogen elevation, but in terms of muscle tone and overall enhancement its a great supplement.
  18. Is HRT worth it?

Agreed, forgot about DHEA, it is a viable option and way affordable. DAA didnt work for me, Im sticking with Creatine, whey and glutamine. I think you understand where Im coming from, OTC is bad enough. What do think is a good AI? What do you think about pulsing a test patch or gel? Would that...
  19. Is HRT worth it?

Those symptoms are classic, the thing is, I dont want to go on if I can combat through other means, wise supplementation, exercise variation, low dose pulses, etc. but, realistically only labs can ascertain.
