  1. epi pulse or superdrol pulse

No, in my opinion the milder the better, Epi is mild, I want gains that dont dissipate with mild sides if any, Dhea is good for that, no mega doses of anything. Shrinking and shut down arent worth a little more muscle that dissappears after you stop. JMO for what its worth.
  2. Super human, what to take

There are a variety of supplement combinations and regimens that are proven to be healthy. A good place to research is the Life extension foundation many members here are familiar with it. I consider regular exercise to be of value in any regimen, supplementing regularly with breaks can be healthy.
  3. SD Help

Wise, all you need is shut-down once. I talked to a a Doc, he said it was best just to get back to normal naturally. Like you said, it scares ya, supplements and low dose pulsing is the way to go and at this point, just regular exercise with creatine is all I need. I think that theres a point...
  4. Lifting for gains

Yeh, you can overtrain, the muscles stop reacting to growth stimulus. 3 full body workouts a week is all ya need, 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps, step load protocol. As long as yer eatin right should be good to go.
  5. Lifting for gains

High reps is where its at for me, hypertrophy, check out HST it s popular and works well.
  6. epi pulse or superdrol pulse

I prefer epi pulsed, SD has too many sides. JMO
  7. SD Help

This is just my opinion and not advice. My experience says that a 4 week run with 10 mg a day and supports will not shut you down totally or for very long. However, you should still do a OTC PCT, and stay on supports and PCT supps year round if you can afford it. IMO IME forget about serms...
  8. Whats working for older guys?

This turned out to be a good thread for us older guys that dont want to look or feel so old. Up date on my workouts is: still going strong on light weights with minimum calorie intake, vascularity and muscle tone good, energy levels so so, slight increases in poundages, 2 to 3 wos per week, 9...
  9. Have you PCT'd without a SERM?

A guy doesnt need 20 of SD. Ten will get you the same with less sides and less severity of shut down. Depending on juice for your gains defeats the purpose of weightlifting. Ya want to maintain your gains, high doses are self defeating, when you have to end cycle and start shrinking it sucks...
  10. Have you PCT'd without a SERM?

At the start of PH history, most guys didnt know about PCT and so it was never a concept. Consequently guys were shut down. The main problem is the psychological crash, the higher the dose and longer yer on the more profound the crash, and shrinkage. If a guy keeps doses low and time on short...
  11. Anyone have better luck doing curls before deadlifts and doing deads last?

Ive found that combining the squat and deadlift with dumbells, as the first exercise, is a time saver and a definate rev-up for the second exercise, Bench press. After 3 sets each of those a guy is primed. Workouts without some version of squats, seem to be deficient some how. I can only say...
  12. low libido/ED

If your Doctor looked at those levels and didnt prescribe anything or make comment, I wouldnt worry about it. Toco 8 and Resveratrol are your best bets at moderate doses, regular weight training. Using ed drugs and hormones will just goof up your HPTA. It takes time, accept yer getting older, ...
  13. Do you tell anyone that your "ON"?

Ive only been asked if I was on once> I was totally flattered because I wasnt and hadnt been on for quite awhile. People dont realize that weight lifting itself is anabolic and produces visible effects. Primarily because they lack the impetus to exercise regularly, to them everyone must be juicin.
  14. low libido/ED

I think its normal. There is an ebb and flow, taking anything like ed drugs or anything hormonal can make it worse. Regular weight lifting is the best idea with basic supplementation, letting ya get back to normal, might try pure Resveratrol and tocotrienols, its a mild supplement.
  15. Resveratrol experiences?

Anyone having good results with this? Is it a worthwhile supplement?
  16. Whats working for older guys?

I can see where short bursting wo's would be helpful, even as a safeguard against stale lifting, but for me I keep mine to about an hour. Steady exertion for that amount of time really stims endorphin release, gh, test, etc. A guy finds a routine that works for them and their fitness goals...
  17. Whats working for older guys?

Personally, I couldnt do a 3 day routine like that. Really pushing can cause strain, injury and fatigue. Its easy to overtrain and not know it. I keep my workouts minimal and submaximal, 3 full body wo's a week. Some days are more energetic than others, vary sets and reps. Lifting weights 3 days...
  18. Whats working for older guys?

Yeh, good logic, I always put my weight-lifting energy demands before my work, consistently working out before going to work, it made for a better work day
  19. raw eggs

The idea was that raw eggs would assimilate faster into the system, thus helping build muscle faster and denser, but the salmonella risk isnt worth it and theres no real advantage to protein assimilation. It will give you the runs though.
  20. Whats working for older guys?

Thanks for the tip about costco. I agree about this calorie intake thing, you simply have to have the energy units to build and maintain, that means adequate food without spending a fortune. A couple pork chops and some fresh broccoli once a day isnt making it, total cost; 7 or 8 dollars, while...
