It's that time of the month so I'm going to avoid the scale the next few days for my own sanity. Did 45 min on the bike yesterday and today is a full body weight training day. I wanted to mix it up and not tire out my legs too much this week since I have a 5k run this weekend. I've been getting...

So far so good. Kickingboxing class today and a nice refeed meal for dinner. I haven't decided what I want yet but it's going to be carb city.
Same here. 4 was the max I took. 5 just made me jittery. But I'm also light (160) and sensitive to stims/yohimbine.
FWIW, Ignit3 worked well for me. I track macros pretty closely (within 50-100 cals everyday) and when it was time to adjust food/exercise, throwing in ignit3 kept fat loss going...
Can't you take off the pump, then pump it back into the bottle until the pump is dry, then put it back in to lock the nozzle? Or do an application and lock it?
I've been chasing it with cold green tea. If I dump the spoon far enough in the back of my throat I can usually chug most of it down and follow up some more liquid to wash it down. It's terrible when I miss and it sticks to the roof of my mouth though.

Had a crappy day at work yesterday and ran late to my class. Ended up skipping it and doing 45 min on the bike at home instead. Nothing much else to report. My bottle of Supernova is getting pretty thick and the application leaves a lot of grainy residue now. I've been wiping it...
Very nice. Is your brother a beginner? How much fat did he gain?
I'll be doing a bulk with 2 bottles of FD2 in the near future. But I don't think I'm going to get even close to 5 lbs a week. I'll get fat as hell lol.
Sorry for the downtime on updates. Eventful weekend but stayed on track and got my workouts in. Leg day Saturday didn't disappoint. Back and quads are still sore from heavy squatting and deads with some high rep finishers. I had kickboxing class Sunday that helped moved blood around and burn...
1st calculator is spot on for me (2343). 2nd one is a bit low (2145). If you track your food close enough I just go by average weigh-in and the changes every 1-2 weeks. Calculators give you a rough estimate. I aim low and start shooting towards it steadily until my weight stabilizes.
So close to 174s bud! I account about 100 cals a mile as well. I average about 200-300 a day but I don't take that into account for dieting or anything. It's mainly because if my dog doesn't get proper exercise she gets fat easily. I guess because she eats better than we do.
Weight: 129.4
Moisturizer has been helping. Don't like that my weight is the same but considering I've been in the 130s consistently the past few weeks prior I guess it's some progress. Macros will stay the same for another week. Tried a new TRX class yesterday and it was pretty lackluster...
