It'll increase hunger but I'm not sure if it'll turn you from a weak eater to a strong one. Try a bottle and start eating more calorie dense foods if you're such a hard gainer.
FD2 increased my appetite but didn't make a huge difference for the rate of fatloss in a deficit (I track everything). Sounds like it's more effective in a recomp/surplus scenario which I'll put to the test in a month or 2.
Great log. Looking forward to more since I've interested in BMP and Brite as well. 9% looks right to me. Hoping to get to around where you are soon and a longer lean gain as well.
IF will definitely help cut down calories while maintaining some satiety. It can be tough if you can't control your food source. But little tweaks done consistently can go a long way.
Agreed. I track all my refeeds (which are more like carb up days). I've eaten a week's deficit in one meal before hah. Living right by one of the best AYCE Korean BBQ spots around doesn't help.
I agree. I've read everything Lyle has written over the years. I think fat loss being non linear is an understatement at lower body fat. But then again, I don't think the majority of modern man was meant to be in single digit bodyfat for a variety of reasons.
You don't have to start at that bodyfat, but like mase1 said, if you don't have the proper nutrition what would actual be the point of taking AAS? Maintaining your gains post cycle is the hardest part of one. The point of AAS is to push past your natty potential.
