Congrats on the darn near PR bro. Another Anabeta/Erase run, or your first?, maybe add in some x'gels…
Have fun at the beach. Im about another month or two out from enjoying some surfing here in SoCal myself then before I know it it'll be snow season again!
Old man can do chins at 210, impressive. Get that Supple Leopard bro, tis chock full of experience. That wallet sht is funny but true, its why I use a phone case/card case
Yuppers. Theres actually an in house chiro right here at the SMART center. Its like pulling teeth with the Navy medical staff to get a referral though. Ill let you know when it goes through if you're interested
Hells yes. I want one of the professional level machines they have at the rehab center here. It has hookups for 16 pads. Imagine what you could do with 16 pads! I only use 8 at a time, 4 for my groin and 4 for my L lower back, and they're awesome as fwark. I also do ice therapy while doing TENS...
Off the muscle relaxers and pain killers. Take an nsaid every once in a while. Started multis again along with glucosamine/msm/blah blah blah. Eating much healthier. Down to 185 from 195 four weeks ago. Shooting for 175. Almost ready for a power PCT. My doc said he'll monitor my progress with...
So good news is that I most likely suffered from muscle spasms and not a slipped/bulged disc. Also managed to transfer my rehab from CPTs to an actual Physical Therapist and will hopefully gain a referral to a chiro so it won't be out of my pocket
Cut around 10 or so lbs and its also useful for PCT in that it is pro anti-catabolic in nature, aiding in the preservation of muscle during realignment of HPTA
I already ordered a comprehensive amount of gear for a thorough PCT just in case the hcg doesn't work. My doc said he'd monitor my recovery but wont prescribe anything besides nolva.
I have on hand the following:
Clomid
Nolva
Exem
HCG
HGH
IGF
Tada
Clen
Dutasteride
Pretty much covers everything...
Womenfolk... what can I say
Thanks for the optimism man. I'm hooked up with an actual doctor now off base because the navy docs aren't worth a shít. Now that that's happened I can get an MRI to see what is really going on. Fingers crossed
At the rate I'm going I might end up being medsepd by the end of the year. I seriously seriously seriously don't want that. Here's to GH and yoga, hoping that fixes everything
Here I come back to the Corps rollin hard n whatnot then brake my shít less than two months in... FML. Plus my wife wants a baby stat, so we're talking to my doctor about PCT options or whether hcg alone is enough cuz my swimmers are in short supply...
