Testosterone 12 week cycle log. First cycle

And I started rad140 today. I’ve heard a lot of people say that it actually enhances mood and makes you feel good, but that you gotta also control the aggression outside the gym. I’m thinking within two weeks I’ll know if this chemical sits right with me. If it doesn’t, I won’t suffer through it...

Testosterone 12 week cycle log. First cycle

Well it was about two years ago but I remember always being on the verge of snapping on someone if I felt they crossed the line. That’s not too unusual for me, but yk11 made me actually follow through with those urges. I’m lucky this never led to actual violence, just verbal altercations. Once I...

Kratom users - Let’s kick it!

You guys should make the jump, especially if you can get a little time off work for the first couple days. Two days ago was my three month anniversary since I went cold turkey. I feel a million times better than I did when I was on and so much better than those first two months or so when I...

    First sarm cycle

@Shep_Zaide did you end up starting a rad cycle? If so, hows it going? @Geoffr did rad give you any noticeable side effects, mental or physical? Was it with or without a test base? I’m considering starting an 8 week rad cycle to help with my cut, so that’s why I ask. I have enough TD...

Testosterone 12 week cycle log. First cycle

In to follow. Yk11 made me aggressive in a manic way. It wasn’t fun. But if you haven’t experienced insanity by this point then I think you’re in the clear.

    How many cycles a year?

I’ve only been messing around with light stuff and I do two a year for 8-12 weeks and I’m considering taking even longer breaks.

What PED’s gave you side effects such as: mood changes, appetite, insomnia, lethargy, libido etc...

I like the idea of talking about psychological effects of different compounds. If the OP doesn’t want to devote this thread to that, then maybe we should start a new one.

What PED’s gave you side effects such as: mood changes, appetite, insomnia, lethargy, libido etc...

I know we’re mostly talking AAS and prohormones in here, but if anyone answering this question has tried rad140, can you mention any side effects you got from that? I’m especially curious about how it effects mood, energy levels, and libido.

Low Dose test vs SARM cycle

I gained 7 pounds and looked leaner at the end of my transdermal testosterone cycle. I used 60-120mg a day for 12 weeks. My main workouts were body weight exercises and construction labor. So with that being said, I do believe you’ll see good results injecting 250mg of test a week for 16 weeks...

Eating calories crammed into meals say 3 meals versus 5

@aaronuconn good posts. It’s my personal guess that 4 or 5 is ideal, but you can still achieve good results with 3, but anything above 5 is probably not going to make a huge difference. This is my opinion. I don’t believe splitting up your daily calories into 8 small meals is somehow better than...

Eating calories crammed into meals say 3 meals versus 5

@Mathb33 not everything the pros do is the best thing for them. For example, Ronnie Coleman is probably the greatest bodybuilder ever. Does that mean his insane training method is the best way to train? I believe he was the best bodybuilder ever in spite of how ridiculously he went about...

Eating calories crammed into meals say 3 meals versus 5

It’s pretty normal to be ocd about that stuff when you’re into bodybuilding. And the fitness industry loves to make us ocd about it because then they can come up with bull shyt theories, like you have a “30 minute protein synthesis window” after your workout, so you have to pack a protein shake...

Eating calories crammed into meals say 3 meals versus 5

If you were stranded somewhere for 48 hours, and as a result, consumed zero calories, there’s a good chance you still wouldn’t have burned up any muscle at all. You’d have burned fat and lost water weight for sure. I guarantee you are not becoming catabolic between meals (unless you are doing...

Eating calories crammed into meals say 3 meals versus 5

Three meals is fine, unless they’re so big that you’re getting super bloated. If that’s the case, eat smaller, more frequent meals. Three to five is probably ideal, and anything over that is a little excessive.

    Unanswered Transdermal Testosterone Dosage

Well I said I’d update this when I finished the cycle and that has been long overdue. I’ve been off for three months now. A lot of people said I would pretty much experience zero results from transdermal testosterone. I ended up not adding RAD140 like I said I would. I just used the test. I...

    Maintaining cycle mentality

If you take drugs out of the picture, then for the most part you can’t control anxiety, but you can control how you respond to anxiety. So just push through and continue on. Eventually you won’t even notice it’s there.

Kratom users - Let’s kick it!

Yup, I’m still kratom free. I’ve been off it for about two and a half months. On day 17 I dislocated my shoulder. The doctor tried to put it back in without pain medication but I was too tense, so they gave me IV dilaudid. I was afraid that would set me back, and I’d seek out kratom or something...

Kratom users - Let’s kick it!

I forgot to mention that my energy levels are constantly improving but are still not at 100%. I’d say I’m at 60-70% in that category, which is miles away from where I was the first few days when I could barely stand walking a couple feet. And there’s one other withdrawal that I experience that I...

Kratom users - Let’s kick it!

I agree with you, Renew, it’s much like the afterglow from a psychedelic experience. People also call it the pink cloud effect, which is a pretty typical occurrence for people coming off a drug that was fogging their mind 24/7. So, I’m on day 13. For the most part every day is better than the...

Kratom users - Let’s kick it!

The good news is that I’m starting to feel mentally so much better than I did at the end of my kratom use. Kratom was making me irritable, disconnected from my loved ones and surroundings, more anxious, foggy, obsessive about dosing, and it hurt my ability to feel the pleasure of everyday life...
