I took 3 a day so it was 1500mg And that must have been my sweet spot, in all fairness bruv I was takeing 2000mg first but 1500mg had the same effect, it did the job for me, i sometimes had that Achey feeling in the morning at 1500mg Not sure i don’t think you can od on it pretty sure it’s not...- Daff
