I want to take the whole dose first thing for fasted cardio as I take a daily ssri that also uses p450 enzyme. I plan to take this 6 hours later to keep any interaction to minimum.
I keep seeing that you need to take something to burn the fat that Defuse is stopping being stored.

What about Alpha Yohimbine with it?
It felt more powerful as in needed less. Although it gave me more energy and alertness it didn't come with anxiety however I already respond well to Yohimbine but it definitely hits different with teso for me personally better but I know how different it could be for others.

I tried my preworkout this morning that contains both Yohimbine and Alpha Yohimbine. The teso definitely amplified the preworkout but not to an uncomfortable extent. It actually felt better.
I'm only couple days in so can't comment still not noticing any appetite suppression but the mood enhancement is amazing and an energy increase with no anxiety.
I had to take some ashawagadha and theanine to get a sleep. Even at that I don't feel had very good sleep. I didn't feel any difference in my appetite yesterday just a mood boost.
