Well wanting to get up to 230, I would suggest the long ester cycle #3. The 8% bf may not come in that time, but would lay the foundation toward that goal. -

This 1000% I've had sensitive, itchy, sometimes painful nips for months on end. You'll know actual gyno when it happens. Osta gave me sensitivity too, so ran a low dose AI for the second half of the cycle and it cleared up. And seemed to improve cycle all together. -

I wouldn't sweat it in a checked bag. Put it in with the rest of your bathroom/hygiene stuff. I always put my weed in the checked back in a pair of socks...always good to go LOL -

You said it yourself man, it doesn't all have to come in one cycle. You just ran Tren, you're young...a real man is made in pct and between cycles. That is the time to learn some dieting discipline. If you can do it there, imagine how your next cycle will go!! -

The term prohormones covers 2 totally different fields really. Pre-ban and post-ban ph's. Same title, different conversation. So I guess it matters which set of ph's you're referring to. SARM's are not as effective as the pre-ban ph's, but far fewer sides. Or less extreme of side effects... -
