OP needs a full set of bloodwork including thyroid panel. MRI of the pituitary should also be completed. See an endocrinologist for evaluation. At 21 your testosterone should be way higher.
That’s great. You are using the “sensitive estradiol” test, right? If you are using the regular estradiol test, it consistently shows about a 20-30% under real result.
