    I recommend not working out or ejaculation for at least 72 hours before blood draw. Fast before as well. PSA, lipids, liver enzymes and glucose levels will be affected.

    Trying to be as objective as possible but noticed a few things lately: 1) Muscle hardening in the Chest and Delt area where I apply the transdermal. 2) Libido is up as I’m chasing the wife more often. 3) Blood pressure is down (117/67) Interesting.
