    No, I suck at logging but I will post updates as I see things happening. About 15 mins after a dose I feel my temp rise and then about an hour later is goes down some but my skin feels warmer from the inside.

    I backed off the 3ml x 3 times a day and have worked my way back up. Even getting used to the taste enough that I don't need a chaser or anything. Still doesn't taste as good as coconut oil though.

    Update: I am also 2 weeks in and can definitely say I am looking leaner in the mirror and holding steady at 210 - 211 lbs. I also have not had the strictest diet. I am pretty amazed by this product so far.
