I'm curious about this issue as well. My conditioning coach really stresses the use of foam rollers pre and post workout. What are your thoughts on those?

I'm 18 in a month. That's too young to take protein, BCAA, Omega 3 and a multivitamin? I don't see how that could do any harm? I'm not here asking for prohormones or test boosters. Just basic, clean staple supplements.
