    Since your nips are puffy now, I would start the nolva now and remain at 30mg. Gotta get on that gyno asap for the best chances of resolving it. If after two or three days the symptoms don’t clear up, stay on the nolva and bump the osta back down to 20mg.

    Ostarine doesn’t convert to estrogen. 100% anabolic. Gyno is possible through other mechanisms however i’m not sure which. People say that AI’s don’t work though. Personally i’ve taken osta for well over 6 months total time and experienced no gyno.

    Depends on the dose of epistane but I would vouch for the epistane for lean gains. Dbol will turn you into a watery beast and it will shed off once you hop off. Run epistane at 30mg for 4 weeks.
