To those saying DAA doesn't do ****.
For healthy males with normal test levels? Or even including people with low test?
Just from google'ing DAA, there's so much positive reviews about it increasing test. Hard to believe that's all nonsense.
The general consensus seems to be 5 days on 2 days off. However my question is does the cycle come into play at the very start?
It's been 5 days since I started TKA and I noticed nothing different (of course, it takes a while). So I'm wondering if I should even bother taking the 2 days off now...
No clue. I'd like to know this myself. I just always see people worrying about estro + prolactin issues in regards to DAA.
I've a tough time staying hydrated.
The obvious choice is Erase but it has diuretic properties. I don't want to take anything that dries me out.
What would be my best choice? Ideally something that only blocks estro, don't want any other unnecessary effects/changes to my body.
Supposedly the alpha version does not give the side effects such as headaches, elevated heart rate, etc. that regular Yohimbine does.
What about the positive effects? Is there no difference there?
Does AY give raging boners just like regular Y?

This was posted by a Cognitive Nutrition rep. Is this true? Anyone tried it with and without EGCG?
I find his post odd. Why would you want dopamine to...

Are those legit posts?
Looking to take the Mucuna Pruriens + EGCG combo, but read people saying the green tea extract made them desensitized/less pleasure, making it harder to ejaculate.
Any truth to this? Or is it bullocks?
Hesitant to take stuff that alters the brain chemicals (norepinephrine, serotonin and dopamine). I believe mucuna pruriens increases dopamine levels.
Wanting to know if taking mucuna pruriens is safe. Will long term use put the brain chemicals out of balance?
I've had low test and an non existent libido for years due to a low fat intake diet. I've since fixed my diet, but it will probably take many months/years for my hormones to fix itself. Until then, I plan on taking libido boosting supplements. Here is my stack so far:
Testofen (aka Fenugreek)...
I searched and found many people claiming trib has caused them gyno, but also seeing people say trib does no such thing.
Would really appreciate it if someone knowledgeable on the matter could clear this up.
Can Tribulus cause gyno?
Looking to take this for increase in libido. Can anyone share their experiences with Tongkat Ali? What effects did it have on you? How long did it take to start working?
What are the top supplements for increasing loads?
I've heard Fenugreek and Celery Seed Extract can help with this. Anyone have experiences with these?
