What's the best OTC hunger increasing supplement that undoubtedly works?
Black Hole seems to always be mentioned, but from reading reviews it's a hit or miss.
I tried Soy Lecithin granules for a week but didn't notice anything.
The following is a post on some other website. Guy basically says Exemestane is the **** and recommends taking it as it will boost T, lower shbg, and a bunch of other benefits. Is he over exaggerating or is this legit?

Google says I3C inhibits DHT. To what degree, I'm not sure.
Lowering DHT is bad since it's an important hormone. Do we have to worry about this if supplementing I3C (200-400mg) daily?

Clomid increases SHBG. I'm wondering if this is something to worry about, it getting to too high levels. If so, what can be done to counter this?

Supposedly taking Taurine before bed improves sleep quality & shortens time to fall asleep, but not sure how true that is, since it's also used for increase in energy/endurance.
