    Just got my hydro3 in the mail today. What are people taking for dosing, it says take 2 before workout, but up to 4 during the day. Will i follow protocol or dose right up to 4 pills for a maaaaddd pump.

    Thanks :D Last question, promise :D Would it have much of an effect on a 19 year old or someone a few years older? I know at this age our HGH levels are quite high and only experience ive known is people injecting medium-high doses which i cant compare to this.
