    I run Alphamine and high volume as a pre workout. Works great for me.

    For me finding this forum has been the biggest help. With the wealth of information and the fact that there are folks on here that actually help instead of being keyboard Aholes. I have gotten advice on everything from diet to routine.

    Whats up brother. Man I have been stretched thin here lately. we have had 6 folks quit so I have been turning doubles and all kinds of crazy crap. Things are finally starting to slow down a bit tho.
