    Epiburn Pro

Usp labs and their damn prop blends.. Just saw they're releasing a new pink magic too. Yet another mysterious, give-it-a-shot, heart of the amazon herb based product lol

    Epiburn Pro

It's an interesting product. Ashwaganda, forskolin, and yohimbe are 3 of my favorites to use in a cut, but I'm not sure if there is enough in here. Although you only need 10-20mg of yohimbine and 50-100mg of forskolin so there could be enough in here. I manage GNC (yes, I know) and my former...

My Custom Pre Workout Formula. Considering PW w/o caffiene

Amino Energy is one of the most pointless supplements in my eyes. AAKG was "ok" before nitrates, citrulline and agmatine blew people away. Any of the above options are good. High volume, focus xt, hemavol ..

    Blood Urea Nitrogen Levels??

That's crazy, I literally got the same results with my last bloodwork. I did read that high bun is not that uncommon and is a result of high protein diets. I'm just drinking more water and taking time off supps to take some pressure off my kidneys. That's all the help I got haha anyone else?

    GS Giant Pump

Had such good luck with potassium nitrate and betaine nitrate. Has glutamine nitrate been around? Definitely interested in this.

Conqu3r looks unbelievably good. Clash from mts had the best profile up until now. Would love to hear from people who have tried both.

Soooo what's in it? The only thing I've gotten so far is portal = happy. I'm interested, but also confused.

Why buy separate aminos when WPC has them in higher amount

This is my opinion, but if you get enough protein from food or powder then I see no real benefit of aminos unless you get them for free. Now if you're cutting calories, then I see them as helping preserve muscle and increase protein synthesis. Also a lot of good studies on bcaas. Other than that...

    Creatine hydrochloride

It's becoming more popular because 2g of creatine hcl is supposedly equal to roughly 5g of monohydrate in terms of absorption. It's not really more or less effective than monohydrate, but it can be easier on your stomach and cause less bloating. Some people, including myself, react better to...

    betaine anhydrous/tmg dosing

3g a day is the typical daily dose. A lot of people split it into 1.5g doses because too much at one time can cause stomach distress. And it is more of a saturation, like creatine and beta alanine.

    home made pre workout supp?

Citrulline Malate: 6 grams Beta Alanine: 2-3 grams Taurine: 2 grams Caffeine: 250mg Yohimbine: 20mg Occasionally I'll play around with potassium or betaine nitrate. This stack gives me that edge in clinical doses. Better than any preworkout I've ever tried.

    PH suggestions strictly for cutting?

Epistane and furaz is the real deal. Get your liver enzymes checked before, during and after cycle. Investing into tudca would be beneficial as well. Have you ran pros before?

    Recomp Supplement Stack

Starting day 4 of the stack and new diet/exercise plan. The first thing I have noticed is that I am loving the Beyond Raw Rebel as a preworkout. No caffeine or stimulants, but man I just feel stronger and more aggressive. I have been alternating AP and Gymnema before meals, but haven't noticed...

    Cutting Stack for Women?

That hard part about this is you named probably the best of the best. Don't fix what worked for you. I would keep the lean xtreme and maybe switch out the synedrex with alphamine. Diet looks perfect, so you can't go wrong in your decision. That probably wasn't much help, so someone else chime in...

Im needing a good protein for recovery and growth..

Get a good whey isolate, casein and carb blend. PES select, trutein are good proteins... Or buy the 3 separately. I've found that 15-20g whey, 15-20g casein, and 30-40g dextrose after a workout is my best option for recovery without fat gain.

    Recomp Supplement Stack

Thanks! Yeah I'm interested to see how the Anabeta elite goes with the insulin mimickers in AP and Gymnema. I feel like it will be really freaking cool, just gotta make sure I work hard and eat right. Never logged my stack before so I'm excited to share my results. I will try to update every few...

    Greens?

Gnc gets a bad rep, but they have greens powders that are pretty damn good. I've tried the whole foods blend and was really impressed.

    Recomp Supplement Stack

Hello All: I am currently doing my last week of a "cleanse"/no supplements and will be starting an 8 week recomp/cut stack in a week or so. Before I get into my planned stack, I will get into my nutrition and lifting regimen. Week 1-2: Calories- 3200; 40/40/20 p/c/f Week 3-4: Calories- 3000...
