    Worked out back today, pull-ups, various rolls, and pull downs. Again got a good pump even on low carbs. Also forgot to take any pre-wo, but still saw major improvement in vascularity. It's actually pretty amazing, the vascularity is similar to what I experienced while on Triumph/Trest.
