Hi everyone, I just finished 8 weeks of LGD with 6 weeks of Rad140 cycle, put on about 6.5-7lbs of lean mass and looking just as lean as when I was 157lbs. Current weight: 165lbs (I weigh myself in morning most dehydrated/depleted state). Starting day 1 of a 6 weeks cycle today, I hope to...- zman86

No reason to run serm on cycle unless your experiencing heavy estro sides in combination with a AI, ie. trest cycles. -

On the last week of adex, to prevent rebound estros, Id probably load up 100mg arimistane, then drop down to 75 or 50 for 2-3 more weeks. Your joints and tendons may start to ache, so get your self some cissus and other joint supps. -

Why don't you look into the grey market stuff like SARMs or mild PHs instead of jumping straight into the dark side? Your posts just sounds like you didn't do enough research on your own and is just trying to get positive responses from people to ease your fears which you will not get from this... -

.5 Adex Ed until the nipples don't hurt, then drop it down to .25 eod. You can get some arimistane as a natty add on option too, 75-100mg ed. -

Yeah I was thinking the same, but that's ok most people have a misleading view of what true sub 10% bf looks like. OP are you using 1andro as the test base? I would recommend 4andro or dermacrine instead. -

You'll most likely have more estros in your system with .5 adex than 12.5mg aromasin EOD on cycle, which is a good thing as long as your not getting the bad sides. Post-cycle: Yes you'll have more aromatase in your system, but you'll also have begin clomid/torem at high dosage for the 1st week... -
