    Form Check

Squat: For the most part looks good. You should work on getting a little lower. Also cut out the pre-set wobble. Instead you can pulse squeeze your glutes once or twice before descending. If you cannot help the wobble then you might want to work on calf strength and see if that resolves it...

    Training twice a day?

I think it is a very good idea, but it would be a good idea to have the circuits match the muscles you worked that day and stay away from the muscles you are going to hit the next day. If you are feeling beat up skip a cardio day or the second session.

    I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

I am not completely sure. If one is in the morning on an empty stomach then I think so and then if one is pre or post workout, definite yes for those.

    I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

It should not be less beneficial because, as to my understanding, the main function through which PA works is through increased protein synthesis through increased mTOR. In the initial study they had them take half pre and the other half post workout I believe.

    I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

Yes, but I have been only taking it post workout. I fast pre-workout and then I take it immediately post workout for maximal uptake. Then I will take down my shake and food.

    Keeping focused

You have to constantly spice things up. Training wise, yes, you can change programs, but I do not advocate program hopping. Instead mix up exercises. If neither work, switch to a fullbody split and hit everything with compound movements twice or three times a week until you regain your focus...

FINAFLEX Revolution Test logging opportunity !!!

This looks like an awesome opportunity, so I will throw in an app! 1- 20 2- I have trained for 6 years. 3- My current goal is fat loss while gaining/maintaining strength and muscle. I currently train 6 days on, one off, but sometimes if I need it I will take an extra day in the middle. 4- I can...

    Another lower back question

It could be a lot of things, so I will just make a list of a few I can think of: 1-Glutes are not functioning properly 2-Abs are weak or at least weak in comparison to your posterior chain 3-Need to decompress your spine 4-Erectors are weak 5-Glutes are weak You kinda have to just figure that...

Platinum Nutraceuticals - Comming Soon !!

Yay! It is up on the site! I do not have the expendable funds to grab it at the moment, even with the 55% off, but excited to see some logs in the meantime. Hopefully some people will put some up!

    Active rest day?

For an active recovery day no matter what you do remember yo keep intensity super low. Personally I usually do weighted stretches and might work on some light technique stuff. If you do an active rest day then you should also throw in an epsom salt bath if you can.

    Cut or bulk first?

If someone is doing it correctly their macros should go along with their goal. As in, your macros are calculated using total calories for that day. So if someone has their macros setup so that it always puts them in a surplus and they are trying to use IIFYM to lose fat, they are doing it...

    Deadlift Critique Please

Your hips start high and you straighten your legs before you start pushing your hips through, so you end up doing a stiff legged deadlift then you have to hitch at around your knees to lock it out. First you want to work on your setup like HIT4ME said. Mainly it just looks like you need your...

Early fasted training: BCAA vs Leucine vs nothing

I certainly agree, I really do not think fasting has much of a place when hypertrophy is the goal. Maybe pre-workout for optimal gh release. I am not trying to achieve hypertrophy though, I am just trying to maintain while I cut which is why leucine is so effective for me because it activates mTOR.

Early fasted training: BCAA vs Leucine vs nothing

I really do not want to derail this thread. lol I said more about it up there in my second post, but it is going really well. I take some stuff for hunger suppression, but overall it is not really a problem for me. I also do a lot to optimize fat oxidation.

Early fasted training: BCAA vs Leucine vs nothing

Nope, 22 hours. I thought I would probably get some negative feedback mentioning that. lol It is working really well for me. I am cutting, and strength is up/maintaining and muscle loss is pretty minimal. I have been doing it for a month and a half now. I throw in 1-2 carb ups a week where the...

Early fasted training: BCAA vs Leucine vs nothing

Depends on how long you are fasting for. If it is only around 8 hours then I would not worry about it, but much longer than that and you should consider throwing down some Leucine. For me it is Leucine > BCAA's. I am currently fasting around 22 hours a day and I throw some down midday and...

    Antagonist Stretching For Bench Press

I am actively trying to have a decline in performance in the the muscles I am stretching, that is the whole point. I want them to be "turned off" so they can not inhibit the pectorals power output as much, like tight hip flexors do for glutes. I do not do any stretching pre-workout unless it is...
