Milk seems to exasperate my acne severity. I was drinking lots of whole milk. I recently switched to low fat milk, and lowered the rate of consumption; it seems to have helped ALOT. I'm not sure if that could be the case with you or not.
It is ridiculously priced, if you don't split servings. But, when you add up the price of peanut butter, whey, and milk, used to that extent, regularly, doesn't it end up to be about the same price per serving?
I'm saying that ON Serious Mass will provide me with 32 servings at 625 calories a pop. Maltodextrin is an ingredient that is included and is beneficial post workout.
