As far as my shoulder problem goes, I think I'm going to continue working with my physical therapist. But once I begin training again, how can I go about strengthening my posterior shoulder stability?

In the timing section is he basically saying that you shouldn't eat any vegetables within 3 hours after you lift? Or just to not take a greens supplement? Anybody have any insight on this claim?
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with fortitude training. I saw that David Henry is doing it now instead of dx training. It comes in a $20 e book, so I just wanted to see if anyone else knows anything about it.
