Man there’s some good bros here. @Godstrength thanks my friend. I’m excited for the next phase, my stomach hurts but I’ve got a month to really put on a lot of last minute muscle so I’m not planing on wasting one minute of it.

I can’t see it with bloated food baby. I guess I could just use the mirror.

No joke, I’m really doing everything I can to get the most out of this last 5 weeks. Yesterday I was a meal behind and couldn’t force down any more at my last meal, so I went to bed and set an alarm for 90min later, woke up slammed a shake and 6 rice cakes. I’m getting my damn food in every day!

Thanks brother. It’s getting a lot harder lately and I didn’t expect that since it was still pretty easy in my late 30s. Just gonna keep pushing since I’m gonna get a break from eating in a little over a month. Your guys support is just what I needed.

[emoji22][emoji847] You guys are freaking awesome. I rarely like what I see and think about quitting more often than I’d like to admit. I’m too committed at this point and seeing it through regardless.

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed This week is a bad combo of too much carbs and too much insulin will make you look smaller despite gaining weight. Good God! Look at that overfed belly! That’s what eating clean 4200 cals looks like. 5 more weeks of pushing hard for quality muscle and...

He’s like a mutant. Looking even better in pct. probably will recover a 900 natty total test post pct, and then drop a few percent while putting a little lbm on while taking nothing but MK. Next cycle I bet he can walk on stage with a 4 week prep.

And I’m the gayest straight guy out there. So all the accusations do have some validity. I just super love vagina and could spend all day buried in one. But once I get sick of those, I’m moving onto other things!

Doc forgot to add it with bloods back in August while I was on npp. So it may have been elevated since then as I haven’t taken much Prami over the last 6 months at all. No symptoms of high prolactin.

CRP is cardiovascular inflammation. Supposedly a better indicator of heart attack risk than most other indicators included in a comprehensive metabolic panel. It’s not good to be elevated although 3.0+ is high risk, I’m only in the moderate risk group. I only included the out of range labs...

Well, a lot is out of range but I’m really only concerned with the CRP. This is simply the true and undisputed proof that Cardarine is one of the most valuable tools available to us while running dht’s. I’m ok with these labs for what I’m running. Invalid Link Removed

I’d be fine with that kind of anxiety. The only anxiety I can’t deal with is the racing compulsive thoughts and feeling of doom that comes with it. If I’m a little wound up and hearts beating harder, there’s measures to take where it won’t affect me as much. It’s when I’m plagued by panic that I...

That’s great news. Seems like these last few years nothing increases my anxiety from aas too much. It’s always there for me but I work around it

Totally agree. I haven’t been out of range in 2 years. Low or high. It’s so easy.

I’m somewhat concerned about the anxiety too. Labs will be back by Monday and I’ll decide how my blood looks for adding EQ. But the anxiety I’m hoping is manageable.

Tommy shared some info with me! 4-6 weeks longer on this push, switching to EQ next week for who knows how long. The rest of this push will have heavy carb days and lower carb days with cardio. Emphasis on building as much muscle in the next month and a half before we start a long 16 week prep...
