    Supplement advice.

What I advise for my clients who start out "to busy" (though you actually work 12 hrs) is a eggs and oats preWO, BCAA's during, and Mass Gainz shake postWO. Add in some creatine postWO and Beta Alanine and it should help you out with recovery. Recovery happens best during rest and food. So...

    Advice on supplement cycle

Legal supplements work perfectly fine. It is up to you to make sure you are putting in the work with diet and training which is step 1. After those are on point and your progress slows, than I would look into supplements. A fat burner I find only are really effective when bodyfat is lower...

    What weight should I be?

Your issue is fat not weight. Focus on loosing fat. You can do it quick with a major restrictions, or you can enjoy life and make slight changes as you go to keep yourself going in the gym while loosing fat. I preferr the later of the two.

    Critique my PCT

You dont want to kill all estrogen. No estorgen is bad like Zach said. My PCT that allowed me to have sex during and after was similar to what you have except I used NMDAA over DAA which you can get in Intimidate. Otherwise it was very similar.

    Ketosis

You can, but I adjust my split. Back/Shoulders Legs Rest Chest/Arms Legs. This I found to push pretty much all glycogen out of the body quick. For me it takes roughly 5 days after my carb up according to the ketostick. So I refeed every other weekend for this reason.

Good idea to stack iforce conquer and PreSurge with dmaa?

Agree with not stacking both of those together. I like to add Hemavol to my stimmed preWO for a good pump and focus.

    Pro-Hormone Cycle: HELP NEEDED!

I think you need to address the gyno first. Chances are it will get worse before it gets better if you go back on. Otherwise, what others have said, no need for DAA during. IF anything add it in during PCT, or upgrade to Intimidate with NMDAA.
