    Last 3 workouts have been solid. Great recovery, progressing, hydrated... Endurance is always there. Taste is still on point and I look forward to drinking it every workout. After I'm done with this, I have a tub of Ghost Amino to go through, but will def. buy this afterwards.

    Me knowing the original owner personally, it wasn't spiked. He was very much against it and went through some serious lengths to make sure his manufacturers were legit.

    Yeah don't get me wrong, I hate BPI products. I just trust them enough to the point that I don't think they are spiking products, regardless if their products suck.

    I'd trust the big companies like BPI and Cellucor for meeting label claims before I'd trust many of the companies you just listed.

    No, I believe he is just a high ranking consultant for them. They are based in Penn. I believe but he's in NY. Myokem was based in Georgia, or least it was.

    He has a higher rank than that lol. He must have been paid pretty well to leave his place in Georgia to head off to NY. He's a really smart guy when it comes to supplements, that's for sure.

    The original founder of Myokem left the company to work for GNC. I know Swolbraham(an older member on here) still has something to do with the company. Not sure what's going on now, but they are still around, just seem harder to find.

    Behind us? I will guarantee you that you could go to plenty of supplement stores around the US and find products that either don't meet label claims, or put in a "little extra". There are companies on this very site who have been caught multiple times doing this ****, and pretty recently as well.

    Alright, finally have some time to log again. Hit lower last night and upper just a bit ago. I've decided to lower the weight of my deadlifts and do higher reps for the time being, mainly because I haven't done anything over 3 reps in years lol. I also have thrown out my back a couple times...

    10 mg melatonin good or bad??

    I feel like anything over 1mg gives me sleep hangovers. If you stop taking it, be prepared for a little comedown and irritability.
