    Just talked the the Dr. he is going to Rx me Arimidex. Not sure on his recommended dosage yet, But at 90 e2, whats the best way to slowly lower the e2? I know I don't wanna crush it. And should I continue the Tamoxifen while I wait for the e2 levels to drop, to aviod any sides?

    99% of endos are going to specialize in the biggest endocrine problem in medicine, Diabetes, not hormone replacement. Any Dr who cares to research it and prescribe it can do so. Speciality does not matter.
