To second what nearly everyone is saying in here, you have to put in some work to lose weight. Many people think if they just throw in a little exercise then they will magically look great. Exercise is very important but diet/calorie control is the key to weight loss.
I'll throw in my .02 just for fun. The G.I. issues with forsk such but they go away after a while. I have to say that I noticeably stay slightly leaner on a bulk using it. I feel like it definitely helps me stay lean on a lean bulk vs not using it. However, on a cut I never use it to be honest...
I agree 100%. I never look for creatine in a pre (or beta alanine) for this exact reason. If it has a small dose in it then that's just a little extra that you can count towards your daily intake.
I personally find a good pre that has the stims that I am looking for and add other...
I think that it is fine in a pre workout personally. I would much rather dose my own though. I have experimented taking creatine pre and post workout and there is no difference as far as I can tell in effectiveness as long as you keep your blood plasma levels saturated with the effective dose...
Already great answers in here. I completely agree to not change anything up mid season. I have done that in the past and really regretted it. The good new is, creatine is an awesome supplement to take for sprints. So good on you for that one.
Looks like everyone already has this answered but I just thought I would rep PES a little more by saying that this is an awesome stack! Especially when cutting (the High Volume helps with a pump a ton if you are carb depleted). Good stuff!
Good to see you liked the pre! It was definitely surprisingly good considering I am used to higher caffeine content. I just finished up my log and thought I would show yours some love. The Vanilla Cola is definitely one of the most interesting flavors I have seen for a pre. Hope you enjoy it!
FINAL REVIEW OF V.I.PRE!
Mixability: 5/5 I upped this to 5. They did a VERY good job with making this pre workout powder very fine and high quality with very minimum residue left (if any) in the cup.
Taste: 4/5 I am still not a huge soda fan; however, this product is flavored PERFECTLY for...
Sorry for the delay! Just moved into a new house and my internet just randomly shut off. It was fixed today and now I am ready to post a final review! I will first update that I had a leg day today and used my final scoop of V.I.Pre. I had to REALLY HURRY because I got to the gym late and the...
In all fairness, if English is your second language it is pretty tough. I'm bilingual and it's extremely difficult to learn another language (for the most part)
I did legs yesterday and am hitting chest/shoulders today! I ended up having pneumonia also (go figure) but seeing as I am not contagious and have a good antibiotic I have still been hitting the gym. I will update later on today as well as post a final review of V.I.Pre!
Yet another ABE vote from me! I always get hungry as heck on ABE. Magnitropin didn't really increase my appetite at all to be honest but I started taking ABE again a couple of weeks ago and I get hungry much fast between meals and even wake up with my stomach growling sometimes (even after a...
I would also like to note that I have been taking a scoop of V.I.Pre as a coffee replacement in the mornings because I have been so sick and fatigued. I have to say that I really like using it as a focus aid/energy aid just as much as I do a preworkout. It is a very versatile product and I like...
Finally back! I have been REALLY sick for the last 3 weeks because of influenza and mono going around. But I have been able to go solidly to the gym for the last 2 weeks with a slower pace to my workouts but my strength is still really solid. My endurance will take a while to come back after...
Just got to the gym after having mono/influenza and moving into a new house! It's been a rough past two weeks. I'm still a little sick but I'm going to hit it hard this morning. I got 4 hours of sleep so I hope this V.I.Pre hits me hard! I dosed it at 1.5 scoops because of sleep deprivation...
I think it depends on how many times you workout per week and how much you take it. However, I don't really see a point in taking time off of a non stim product. The reason you cycle caffeine is to refresh all of your endocrine processes. Most non stims only have performance enhancers/ recovery...
