Yes I eat large portions with not many issues as long as it's not containing lactose - as an example I eat 160gr white rice + 200/250gr meat postwo, 160gr whole wheat pasta for lunch, 80gr oats + 330ml egg whites pancake for breakfast, etc. No issues with steaks at all.

Looking back at the last couple years, every supplement I've taken that included creatine has always given me issues. At the time I didn't know what it was specifically cause I was always stacking stuff, but these days I added creatine HCL to my current stack and the same exact stomach issues...
