Epistane and Triumph were very different for me. More size on Epistane but the gains on Triumph were leaner. I'd say the recomp on Triumph trumps the gains on Epistane.- 3pic_B3ast

Dry compound. Great for lean gains. Run it at least 40mgs. I'd say similar to Halo but milder as far as sides. Overall a great ph. Maybe 5-8 lean pounds.- 3pic_B3ast

No not beneficial at all. Osta takes at least 2 1/2-3 weeks to kick in many times even more. Ostarine is not something you can run short term and see benefits. 6 weeks at the minimum. 8-10 is optimal. Although yes pct would not be needed after a week of Osta.:)- 3pic_B3ast

It is higher and in Salvo it is supposedly even better. As mentioned above you pretty much have to Guinea pig it to see what dose yields results.- 3pic_B3ast

I was going to try 200mg of Alpha Labz since its in Antaeus Salvo absorption should be top notch. Not looking for huge gains just some hardening and maybe a bit of fat loss. Epicatechin??? Still good or considered bunk now
After a number of companies continuing to make advancement using epi and many bringing it to the market as a single or stacked ingredient plus many stellar reviews I think we've come to the conclusion its bunk.
