Thanks man, it was fun. I was at Walmart yesterday and decided to get my blood pressure checked on their free machine. I barely squeezed my arm in it, then it wouldn't work. Then I saw the label, arms up to 15", mine were 17.5 pumped before cycle. I don't know what they are now, my kids tore...- tommurph

Tommurph STENADROL & TR3ST LOG
Last Day of PCT sitting at 203lbs, started cycle at 186lbs. Strength went down in beginning of PCT, but is coming back strong with "Most Wanted". Yesterday was day 24 of MI40 back/hams, back took me 50 min and I ran out of time, so I'll finish hams tonight on this scheduled rest day.- tommurph
