There is a product called plasma too. Not sure what it is, but I have saw it advertised. I think it mostly matters on what the trademark rules are on things. Spelling, same pathways as the other products and so on.

Thursday I just hit some light upper back and shoulders. Mainly just to get some blood pumping in them. Several high volume sets but nothing crazy.
Friday I hit squats again. Kept it simple.

Squats was tonight. My right knee has bothered me since Sunday for some reason so I took it easy on heavy back squats. Kept a fast pace and got a good workout in.
