But if you replace caffeine (caps or drinks) with coffee, then that would certainly lower cortisol.
Yes, it help with skin at lower dose but I've never noticed joint improvenet on lower dose. And 100+mg/day gets expensive. Allthought not sure what would be effective dose but probably to 200mg or something.

A lot of recomendations for nolva. I've always used clomid. Seems better to me, less side effects. Or is nolva more effective?

More expensive vitamins are dosed lower. Probably uses cheaper versions too.
Helios is defnatelly in my top 3.
It also gave good pain relief when I had my collarbone broken. It's really good for that.
Others in my top 3 are Flexatril and Joint Mechanic.
