    Best supplement for knee damage

Search BPC-157 along with my screen name (advanced search) on here - too much and already posted. It comes dry from an RC, you add BAC water, draw into syringe, shoot down throat without stabbing yourself.

    Taking On Anxiety

I was speaking specifically about physiological, stress induced, low CO2 blood levels, not brain chemistry related stuff. Remember the old "breathing in a paper bag"? Well... Research it. I'm surprised you dismissed it so quickly. Edit: This saved my sanity: Invalid Link Removed follow on...

You can swallow it - it's a gastric peptide - I did, and it works.

The FDA issues a warning against the use of SARMs

Some valid points, but this could turn into a *really* long thread now :D I'm not an anti-vacc'er - but I sure as hell wouldn't give every single one on the schedule, to my newborn (god forbid I have one :D) - but I sure as heck would give some/most. The Rota Virus is one profit making waste of...

    Boldanic Tribulyze and Exubol Log

While not ideal, you can certainly do a Testosterone draw at the end. At 34, if you're really high, it's at least a "Hmmmm.." The Female Hormone Panel is like $60. Plus, if you've never tested, it would be good info to have down the road.

    Best supplement for knee damage

What's up fellow Veteran. If it's a legit medical problem, surgery is probably the only fix - you retired? (VA Hospital - yeah, I know, not the best option, so hopefully you have civilian health care). Depending on if it's joints (cartilage, synovial fluid, etc...) or Ligaments/Tendons - will...

No libido and ED for 7 months after two weeks of Olympus Arimistane at 50 mg/week.

Here's sure fire way to test if you really have a libido problem: Go to a strip club with high hiring standards, down a few shots (but not too many), and see what you are thinking the rest of the evening. I'm only half joking. 'Strange' has a unique capability.

Best Multi Vitamin that is affordable.

Swanson's Whole Food Multi w/o Iron. ~$9. I don't believe (if you have a decent diet) too much in the deficiency stuff, but since I never ran bloods on every micro - "What if I'm missing out!? I need Insurance!" - which is what sells Multi's :D. But there are population studies done in the US...

    Taking On Anxiety

How long have you had this? I don't know if 'Anxiety' is the same as 'Panic Attacks', but believe it or not, extreme training, combined with poor breathing while sleeping (through the mouth) - can introduce Hypocapnia - reduced CO2, and cause panic. I gave this to myself when I was 290lbs and...

The FDA issues a warning against the use of SARMs

Wow, this went south quick :D FDA, Doctors, Vaccines.... There is no black and white, 100% good or bad. There are actual protective actions, and ones based on money. It's up to each citizen to try and sort it out. There's enough info these days to get it "pretty right" I think.

Taken Nolvadex for 2 months to reduce manboobs

First thing I'd ask is: What is your estimated bodyfat % and are you sure it's actual "Gyno"? I guess if a Doc Rx's Tamoxifen - he'd know, but a lot of guys just aren't lean enough to get rid of all the fat in that area. If it is actual Gyno, there are dudes on here pretty in tune with lessening...

Top 5 Workout Regimes for Fat Burning Stack

The other 22 hours of the day are more important than what you do. Be in a deficit, exercise intensively enough any way you want (to raise resting metabolic rate for the rest of your day) and stick to it.

True or False. Supplement companies market demographic is 16-25 year olds?

Gotta be the younger crowd for the majority of products, with some "trickle up" into the 30's+ for specialty stuff. After a few years, even the most disinclined "hobbyist researcher" is going to know a lot of the stuff is of questionable benefit just from constant exposure to the community.

Benefits and drawbacks of high insulin

No clue. I don't worry about Insulin, GDAs, etc. Enough Protein and Carbs, over 24hours, is enough for me. I consider it majoring in the minors for *my* recreational/health oriented self. Too much life going on to worry about timing, and of what, to get into that. Do what these other guys say if...
