    To be honest at the age of 38, 392ng/dl would be considered on the low end. How is diet and BF % Do you take medications currently? supplements? Dr. B

    Axiron is garbage- Evidence suggests topicals are not beneficial in long term cases. Must use injections for stable levels and highest efficacy with TRT. Dr. B

    Low estrogen levels

    Hmmm. Maybe a genetic predisposition in producing aromatase? Very odd to have therapeutic total t and low e2. Estrogen is byproduct of testosterone, of course. W/o T no conversion is possible. Definitely need further lab work to determine dx Dr B
