Could check lh and fsh to determine primary or secondary. Other than that I would suggest into looking at therapy soon. Your age and symptoms would qualify you. All men over 32 should at least get checked on all and get base line.

Axiron is garbage- Evidence suggests topicals are not beneficial in long term cases. Must use injections for stable levels and highest efficacy with TRT.

Hmmm. Maybe a genetic predisposition in producing aromatase? Very odd to have therapeutic total t and low e2. Estrogen is byproduct of testosterone, of course. W/o T no conversion is possible. Definitely need further lab work to determine dx
