I don't understand the whole "spot reduction" thing. This stuff supresses the appetite, so my whole body isn't hungry, not just my abdomen. LOL I'm going to go one cycle of 2 weeks and see what happens. Not sure if it should be a full two weeks (14 days) or just 10 days. To be more than... -
