    age and bodybuilding .

To repeat what everybody is saying: don't worry about it. Gains will slow down or get harder at some point, bug they will certainly slow down quicker if you waste your time worrying about it. Stop overanalyzing and get in the gym.

To much cardio will burn muscle? True Or False?

Off topic, but that speaks to the importance of having a focus. Runners aren't going to get bigger b/c they aren't focused on lifting, just as few BB'ers will be competitive runners. That being said, any runner who is truly seeking to perform their best NEEDS to take the weights seriously (as...

    be serious please...help me

Sorry to hear that. My point is that those in the grasps of an ED are not in a position to make healthy choices and need a professional to help them to realize the power they have to change. When the horse doesn't want to drink, a professional is needed to guide them to water and to start the...

    be serious please...help me

Agreed, but you are too harsh when you dismiss all docs as a joke. Like you, i had to recover on my own, but I am humble and realistic enough to know that I could not have done it without PROFESSIONAL help. Even w/o "personal knowledge" competent professionals are a Godsend. In the depths of...

Take it from an Eating Disorder Survivor: Ditch the PH and seek medical help--the internet is no place to address an eating disorder

    Plantar Fasciitis

Focus on controlling the pain w/ ice, rolling, NSAIDs. Try to correct the problem w/ orthotics. Other supplements are of highly dubious value

Article: Treat Your Body Like A Science Lab

No, Just compete as an elite level half-marathoner and coach my athletes, after overcoming an eating disorder that nearly killed me. But since I don't "bulk and cut" (a poor way to manipulate body comp compared to recomping btw.) feel fee to ignore me, I must not have any clue what I am talking...

    Water consumtion during bulk diet?

That, and the more practical point that there is no reason to remove the minerals and trace electrolytes that are taken out by distillation (never really thought of it as "dead" water)

Article: Treat Your Body Like A Science Lab

Yeah, that's right! No better way to get to/engage in an eating disorder that to measure EVERYTHING and to COUNT EVERY CALORIE! Seriously-tread lightly here: obsession with the small stuff is not a mental road to travel down lightly.

    No PCT

Pretty sure the OP is through his bulk and (hopefully) into the PCT he didn't think he needed

One that is relevant nearly three months after the thread dies out :)

    Plantar Fasciitis

Agreed--I would add rolling w/ a lacrosse ball (painful as hell but quite effective). For relief, rolling on a frozen 20oz water bottle is nice

I need to lose body fat

Who needs to read? DexaprineXR helps me learn by osmosis. . . .if I take Protean, then the information is sure to stick :)

    Long distance running and muscle

In that case, I wouldn't worry about muscle wasting--but I still would not plan on trying to gain until afterwards. Best to focus on one goal at a time. BCAA's are a good idea regardless

    Long distance running and muscle

Depends on your running history. If you have run before, training for a half marathon should not subject you to stresses that are totally out of your comfort zone. If you have not, then ramping up for a half will probably hit you harder. BCAA's are a good idea, but won't stop muscle loss. And I...

Which training split would be better to follow?

As a distance runner and coach-I can attest tot he value of strength training in improving running economy. I've had great success (personally and with my athletes) with a 4day upper/lower split in the off-season and a 3-day total body split (spreading the big three lifts across the days)...

AM smoothy during a low carb Cut?

Pumpkin is pretty tasty. Also. . .believe it or not, frozen broccoli (buy chopped broc), when blended isn't too bad.

There we go. . .I was just hitting the 'pause button' on looking for a medical genesis of the OP's training problems when all he was looking for were the training recommendations you offer (and I agree with).

Why are people so quick to look for the easy answer and to search for what is 'wrong' with the OP. . .and by extension how he can fix it by taking 'something'. Maybe the answer is in what he asked for. . .a TRAINING routine.
