It is, but it's the best out there. I love Defuse for taking the sting out of a huge cheat meal. But it's hard to come by for the reasons you stated above. I have about 1/4 of a bottle left that I'm saving for the holidays just in case I can't get another bottle beforehand!- BRUstrong

This. Later batches were nowhere near as good. You have to find an early batch of the OG grape (back when the only flavor was grape). There were tons of threads on here back in the day regarding the "Craze conspiracy theory" that they spiked the early batches to up the hype, then cleaned up...- BRUstrong

Haha, or at least SOME food. This is the first GDA that has made me feel hypo if I don't eat within 20-30 minutes of taking it (at two caps). Obviously the purpose is to take it before food, but sometimes life with 16-month-old twins gets in the way and dinner gets delayed for a bit!- BRUstrong
