    Genetics obviously play a role. A lot of top athletes have a background in strength training and were jacked before they started crossfit. But it's possible to get jacked while doing CF if you have the proper programming

    OP, your estradiol is not bad. Cutting it in half will still be within normal range, but on the very low end. That can cause a host of unwanted symptoms (erectile dysfunction, loss of libido, depression, etc.). Why do you want to cut it so drastically?

    I will attest to Quake. There are obviously other great pwos out there, but it's too hit or miss for me. If I stray, it will be to C&P or I'll try Re1gn depending on what reviews are like (not touching the shipping issue with a 10' pole...)

    Haha new shape?? These come out every year! Also, the PB:white chocolate ratio is better because of the shape. Seriously. It's science. I picked some up today at Sheetz along with a Hershey's while chocolate candy corn bar. I love those!

    Wow....if your stats are accurate, you'll probably be fine. If I popped two caps, I would probably just drive myself to the ER and spend the day in the waiting room, just in case my heart stopped.
