    Drink coffee Eat enough food and healthy fats. If no coffee then Caffeine pills are the best thing you can try. I have tried several supplements. Once I stopped and went clean, I didn't understand why did I even took those supplements, because I felt the same ! Good luck

    I really don't know why. I bought them based on reviews. I am sure e9 is great, but taste wise not even close to amino iv and select. But I can't drink it to the last sip ! Really. I have the same weird taste from the old amino iv. Maybe the hica is giving the bitter taste?

    Twist and Tea Tropical twist is too sour/bitter for me, I always end up adding more water than suggested. Iced Tea is better but also I can't seem to make it to the last sip.
