Hhhhh.
The changes i guess are not due to protein... You are right guys.
I tried Alphamine (old)
Switched bcaas brand.
And changed my exercise to lower/upper body.
Select also got leucine, I dont know how anabolic it is but i guess it gave a little boost.
Hello all,
I am sorry for my newbish mind.
It has been a long time for me looking around for lab tests, and googling a bit about the labs itself.
I do this before I buy any protein. And still I have a lot suspicion.
For example, take a look at people reviews at SR or BB or any other site...
Even though I am a newbie, I want to share my thought :)
I believe that as long as the source of protein is clean you won't notice any difference. Even with different sources of milk and manufacturers, because it goes into microfiltration/ultra... and the few differences between the sources are...
I have read on some company websites (pescience) and they explained that how much creatine by weight is the difference.
5g anhydrous is almost 5g creatine purely...
5g monohydrate isnt 100% creatine, and they said it is around 70%.
I am not sure though...
I don't know what to buy now ! What do you suggest guys ?
I currently have 2 full tubs of Select snicker/cookies , 1 Kaged BCAA, 1 Kaged Glutamine. 2 full Old Alphamine + 1 Shift :D 2 full tubs of Karbolyn.
I got 75$ of products limit for no taxes...
55 serving select + one of :
- Ergonine ...
Thanks for clarifying these things man.
Science always finds that not sticking to a fixed routine is the best. I guess it is with protein also :)
I haven't been into proteins when that flavor was on :( why did you tell me lol.
