    Okay. One more thing, being the epistane is 20mg caps and I'm taking 40mg, should I take 20 in the am and 20 in the pm. I heard it has a half like of like 6 hours, but 20mg caps don't give me many options in dosing. Thanks for all the feedback.

    Is orange triad good for multi and joint support? Also I have decided to do 40/40/40/40 cuz the epistane is 20mg caps..which is stupid...I have ran epistane a couple years back so I should be good. ..didn't do 40 til the last week though.
