Hey everyone. I'm currently sitting at around 180. I'm looking to cut down just a bit to 175. I wanna maintain as much muscle as possible during the process. I'm eating around 2100 on off days and 2500 on workout days depending on intensity.
Any suggestions?
I have plugged in my weight into several different rda calculators and found that to lose around one pound per week 2000 cals is the right amount. I was wondering that if I'm working out and burning extra calories I should also eat more
Your plan looks pretty good. Maybe you should think of lowering your protein intake slightly and increasing your carbs and fat a bit from good sources like green veggies and almonds

Milk till required consistency is found
1 packet oatmeal
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
