Haha yeah the 4800 is after I added the 500. I know I need to just eat and eat and eat. I just gotta keep it healthy and no nasty fatty foods like fast food. But thanks! all of the input will help!- Snickes16

I'm 23 yrs old, 5'10" and 170 lbs. I'm trying to gain weight for a competition in a couple months and then when it gets closer, start to cut.
