    I know the pain from RK's dies down significantly at about day three from personal experience. Many days I feel no pain whatsoever. I've tried cap, as well, and cap is def not for the squeamish. That ****'s gotta hurt at least 5x as much as RK's :D

    Bump your protein content up. It doesn't matter how many grams of carbs and fats you eat, they can't build you new muscle if your protein intake is too low.

    Someone on that BB.com thread claimed that this is PA's take on CEE. If true, it would mean that CEE *is* effective... just not for what it's marketed to do. "with CEE, you are able to get much higher increases in serum creatine than with monohydrate. now these increases are very brief...

    Only at high doses. At the lower recommended dose (3 caps) very very few people are going to notice any appreciable amount of androgenic effects.
