    I like doing 6 month rotations. Bulk 3-4 months, cut for 2-3 months. All depends on how effective I am with each portion of the cycle.

    I've been taking NOW's Ultra Omega 3 which has the same 2:1 ratio but dosed at 750mg combined per pill but these Jarrow's seem to have a slightly better "Cost" value when comparing total amount of EPA/DHA per bottle given current amazon prices. I may consider switching.
